The RFQ and contact forms collect the fields you submit: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, product type, working condition parameters, certification requirements and message text. We do not collect payment data on this site.
To respond to your inquiry, match it to the right partner factory, and follow up on quotation and order status. We do not sell or rent inquiry data to third parties.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to support an active sourcing conversation and for reference on repeat orders. Request deletion anytime via mark@fulveraglobal.com.

Form submissions are processed by our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare) solely to deliver and store your inquiry.
